Milan, 23 January 2014 – The President of Mittel Management Srl, Mr Mauro Gambaro, has resigned due to supervened personal and professional reasons.
The shareholders general meeting of Mittel Management Srl, Mittel Spa 100% controlled company which is devoted to the management of Private Equity investments, has expressed sincere thanks to the outgoing President for the relevant contribution given during his mandate and has appointed Mr Giovanni Pavese as new Board member and President of the company.
Mr Giovanni Pavese has gained an extensive professional experience having covered relevant roles in Akros Group, in Meliorbanca Private SpA, in Arca Impresa Gestioni Sgr SpA (part of the BPER Group) and in Equinox Group, till the current role of Vice President in Sorin SpA.
